TennisApp shows you your club's information in a nicer way. To do that it keeps very little of its own, and this page lists all of it.

What we keep, and why

• Your name, your KNLTB membership number and your club, so the app keeps working if something changes on the KNLTB's side.
• Your e-mail address, so you can always sign in to your TennisApp account. Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to this address.
• The photo you choose in the app, if you set one. Your club's photo is never copied.
• Who you follow, and the invitations you send: the social side of the app.
• Your notification settings and reminders, and the device token that lets a push notification reach your phone.

What we never keep

• Your KNLTB password. It is stored encrypted on your own device only, and sent only to your club's own platform when you sign in.
• Other members' data. What you see about clubmates comes from your club's platform through your own session, and is not stored by us.
• Contact-form messages. They go straight to our inbox and are written nowhere else.

Where it lives

Your account data is hosted with Supabase; e-mail is sent through Resend; push notifications go through Firebase Cloud Messaging. Each acts on our instructions and none of them uses your data for anything else.

Statistics

The app and this website count which screens and pages are viewed and which features are used, with Google Analytics (Firebase). No name, e-mail address or phone number travels with those counts, and no advertising identifier is read. In the app the numbers hang off a random account id that is dropped at sign-out; on the website this happens only if you agree to it on your first visit, and your choice is kept in your own browser.

Who sees what

Your name, club and the photo you chose are visible to other members of your club who use the app, as they already are on your club's own platform. Contact details are never shown to anyone in the app.

Your rights

You can see everything above inside the app. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes all of it; see deleting your account. For anything else, write to us.

Not the KNLTB, not your club

TennisApp is independent. Your KNLTB membership, your club's bookings, results and ratings are your club's record, held by them; deleting your TennisApp account changes nothing there.
